It's a no brainer that our environment, genetic make up and what we were taught is the foundation and/or of who we are today. That means how we raise our children, treat people, treat ourselves just to name a few is all a product of who we are. Most importantly we should evaluate how we deal with external stimuli that we have no control over. It's during those times that reveal who we really are. This is what I mean by "baseline health". Good news is that if you do not like it, you have the power to change it. Dr. Maxwell Maltz said it takes 21 days to form a habit and 90 days to make it a lifestyle change. That sounds like an awful long time but if you really look it; that time is a small sacrifice to pay for a greater portion of your life.
